1. Will there be PDF/E-BOOK to the book and tarot card?
No, there won't be pdf/e-book to books and tarot cards. This pre-order is designed for those who want a physical copy. You may easily access all my illustrations on my social media.
2. Do you accept a tarot card commission?
I do have a plan for a personal use tarot card illustration commission. I will notice in the future through ko-fi and twitter/x .
It will be digital file commission and possibly add acrylic standee print as an option. You must print on your own if you wish to have a physical card.
3. Why do you not ship to some countries?
For Germany
The German Packaging Act (VerpackG) requests all traders and online traders to register LUCID and license their sales packaging. Unfortunately, I am a small artist who cannot afford these legal issues. If you have friends or family who can order and ship it to you, I would recommend that option.
For EU/UK/VAT
EU and UK have VAT(Value Added Tax) regulations effect from 2021. It applies to goods and services. This shop site cannot calculate VAT and previously I had some EU/UK customers having issues receiving their items due to unpaid VAT. You may able to order using Etsy starting November 13th which will let you pay VAT at the order.
For other countries not listed above
Your country/location might fall into the list of USPS that cannot ship. List of countries not shipped by USPS
If you are not under those categories please try ordering from Etsy.
If Etsy also does not accept your order, unfortunately, I cannot do anything about it. I recommend asking your friends or family who can order and ship it for you.
4. Why Etsy shop open later?
I cannot set up the expected shipping date as I want for Etsy. If there are many orders that exceed the date will get into trouble, so I decided to take pre-orders only for the short term at the end to avoid those issues. I apologize for the short-time pre-order for EU/UK buyers.
5. Can you combine my orders?
I cannot edit/combine once the order is made. If you wish to edit your order, I can cancel and refund your current order. Please contact us with your order numbers if you need any support.
6. Will there be a second print?
I currently do not have a plan for a second print tarot card deck due to the minimum order quantity.
The illustration book and stickers are most likely to be restocked.
7. Is there going to be a full deck including Minor Arcana?
No, I do not have a plan to make a full 70+ cards including minor arcana. It's too much work for me.
8. When can I order a tarot card acrylic standee?
There will be a separate pre-order for gold foil acrylic standee once I complete all the deliveries for this pre-order. I decided not to add the acrylic standee pre-order for this term to avoid potentially getting mixed up with orders.
9. Why this shop (BigCartel) and Etsy shipping fees are different?
Etsy does automated shipping fee calculations based on weight and location. In this shop, I charge a flat rate shipping fee as it does not provide precise calculations like Etsy. Please feel free to use whichever shop that gives you a better deal.
10. Can you track my order?
For USA
you may able to check your order tracking from USPS.
Normally USA will take max 7 business days to receive the item.
For International
I cannot track your order once it leaves USA. You must need to contact your post office with the tracking number.
I previously had international customers who took 6-8 weeks to receive items. Please be patient if you are using first-class shipping.
If you wish to have safety insurance you may use the priority shipping option at Etsy.
