About
Answer from the Stars is FFXIV fan illustrations in tarot card major arcana as celebrating the end of Endwalker and sharing the memory of FFXIV. It was a personal illustration project started in December 2022 and completed in September 2023. Thank you to everyone who supported and had a genuine interest in bringing this Tarot card deck to life!
Every listing in the shop will be pre-order. In which the product will be started in production after the pre-order period ends.
I currently do not have a plan for a second print tarot card deck due to long-term production and MOQ. Any leftover tarot card decks will be sold at my Etsy shop after all pre-orders are sent.
Some stretch goal and full bundle items may sell separately after all the pre-orders are delivered safely.
As a note, I am a single small creator. I apologize in advance for any delays. I have been a star seller on Etsy since 2019, and am known for smooth shipping and speedy replies. I will try my best to resolve any issues, but please be patient as there is only one body.
Production Schedule

October 9th: Membership priority pre-order starts.
October 16th: General pre-orders start.
November 13th: Etsy pre-order for UK/EU/VAT
November 19th: Last day to refund/cancellation.
November 20th: Pre-order end 12 AM.
Early December~January 2024: Products in production
Late January - Mid February 2024: Expecting delivery starts.
-2/06 Currently 1/3 portion of the order has shipped. The rest will be shipped by mid-March due to delays by the manufacturer.
※Holidays
During these days, there will be delays in answering questions and emails.
November 23~28th: USA Thanksgiving Holiday
December 25th-January 1st 2024: Christmas~New Year Holiday
Delivery/Shipping
Items are expected to ship by February 2024 from USA. Because production takes place during peak holiday months for most of the world, I will be noticed on my twitter/X and ko-fi if there is any change.
Some orders may take longer to arrive due to postal delays. Please be aware that international shipping out of the US may take up to 8 weeks.
These pre-orders cannot be shipped together with my other shop orders. (Etsy/Ko-Fi)
Shipping Fee
The shipping fee for all the items will be flat rate.
USA: First Class $10
Canada: First Class $16
Other Countries: First Class $20
First Class: Tracking included/No Insurance

International Shipping
Due to recent shipping restrictions in Germany, I won't be able to ship to Germany.
EU/UK/VAT tarot card pre-orders will be open at ETSY on November 13th.
I do not collect any international taxes, please check your country's tax regulations. In some countries, your order may be held in to post office for customs tax.
Please check the list of countries not shipped by USPS. I will fully refund your order if your country is unable to ship by USPS.
Refund and Return
Refund/Cancellation is only processed during pre-orders. I do not accept any refund/return once it's in production.
To cancel or change the order please use contact or email [email protected] .
I accept a refund/resend if there are missing items/sent the wrong items, or if there is a noticeable defect in the product. You may contact me within 14 days from the delivery date. Please send me your order number and a photo of the defect if there is a defect.
Lost Item
I do not refund/resend lost items once they leave my hand to USPS. Please use the priority shipping option at ETSY if you like to have insurance. You may file a USPS Claim if your package is lost. If there is anything you need from me to help file the claim I will gladly help you in my best.

If you are international and your package is in insurance, you may contact me through email for an open lost package claim. Please check the international section for filing a USPS claim.
